Gigi Hadid narrowly avoids wardrobe malfunction while out in NYC

Gigi Hadid stepped out in New York City on Thursday, and she nearly flashed the paparazzi that followed her every move.

The 21-year-old supermodel sported an all-white ensemble that featured not one, but two, waist-high slits on her floor-length skirt. She rounded out the look with a long-sleeved turtleneck of the same color and knee-high snakeskin boots.

The trouble came for Hadid when she was trying to step over a massive puddle left over from the melting snow of Winter Storm Stella. With the help of a handler, she was able to make it onto the sidewalk after getting out of her SUV, but not before nearly flashing the crowd watching her!

Luckily for Hadid, she successfully managed the situation before it got any worse, but it was definitely a close call.

And it wasn't the only near wardrobe malfunction of the week, either. Also on Thursday, Chrissy Teigen arrived at LAX with her family in tow -- John and Luna Legend, of course! -- and, when she was getting out of her car, her Gucci robe nearly slipped off of her left shoulder. Like Hadid, Teigen was able to avoid an embarrassing moment, though.
