Gisele Bundchen tells Tom Brady to retire after Super Bowl LI win

Updated

Gisele Bundchen may be one of the hottest WAGs in the game, but she's ready to retire from her post.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady revealed his wife told him to hang up his jersey "three times" after he led his team to a historic comeback Super Bowl LI victory -- and he had the perfect response.

"Too bad, babe, I'm having too much fun right now," the athlete said during an interview on SiriusXM NFL Radio's Movin' the Chains.

Retirement rumors have run rampant, especially after Brady snagged his fifth Super Bowl ring, but it seems he's not planning on stopping anytime soon.

"You know, I feel like I can still do it," he revealed. "If you love what you do and you're capable of doing it, then I might be so bored if I wasn't going out there knowing that I could still do it. So, I'm going to work hard to be ready to go, and I still plan on playing for a long time."

And surprisingly, the 39-year-old NFLer revealed his older age is actually an advantage for him.

"In some ways, being more experienced and having your family life settled does allow you to focus a little bit more, too, because there's less B.S. in your life. You know, you have your family and you can go to work and focus on your job."

Brady's latest Super Bowl win has been more special than his four others. His mom hasn't been able to attend any games this season due to an undisclosed illness. However, she was able to cheer him on in Houston -- making the victory even sweeter.

Gisele even shared the most adorable photo of his mom and other female members of the family wearing matching jerseys that reads "Brady's Ladies" on the back.

And with a couple more months until her hubby has to report back to training camp, we're sure Gisele will take full advantage of the time she has to spend with her all-star husband. We can't wait for adorable family vacation pics!
