Confirmed: Prince George and Princess Charlotte are going to Canada

Updated

It's official: You're about to see a lot more adorable photos of Kate Middleton's children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be jetting off later this month to visit Canada on an official royal tour, where they've been once before. Prince William and Kate, who first went just after their wedding in 2011, are said to be "very much looking forward" to visiting once again.

New details were released today about the tour -- including confirmation that the royal peanuts will be in tow -- and we're already getting really excited about what Kate's going to be wearing. And now we get to be uber excited about George and Charlotte's outfits, too! Will we see more shorts with long socks for George? Will Princess Charlotte be exclusively decked out in adorable floral dresses? Time will tell, friends.

The most adorable photos of Prince George:

When Kate and William brought George on their tour of Australia and New Zealand, it was the world's first opportunity to really see the little Prince's personality -- these photos were too cute for words -- and now we're going to get to see the same of young Charlotte this time 'round.

See below for more details about the tour:

  • September 24th: The Duke and Duchess, Prince George and Princess Charlotte touch down in Victoria Canada, where George and Charlotte will be based during the tour. Kate and William will then head to British Columbia's Parliament Buildings for an official welcome and walkabout to meet Canadians.

  • September 25th: Their first full day will be spent in Vancouver, and they'll travel there by a float plane. They'll spend the day visiting a few of the city's important projects and organizations.

  • September 26th: The Duke and Duchess will travel to the Great Bear Rainforest, for one of the most beautiful and picturesque days of the tour. They'll tour Bella Bella and spend the day learning about the forest. Later that evening, they'll attend a reception at Government House in Victoria.

  • September 27th: The royal couple will fly to Kelowna, a city in the Okanagan Valley, first visiting the University of British Columbia to meet students and then stopping by the BC Government's wine festival. They will then fly to the Yukon, where they will spend the night.

  • September 28th: Their Royal Highnesses will take the day to see the beauty of the Yukon and learn about its people, visiting Whitehorse, Carcoss, and the stunning Montana Mountain.

  • September 29th: Back in Victoria, Kate and William will attend a children's party with military families -- and we'll likely see two little royals in tow! It is expected that they'll have one public playdate -- so we think this will be in. The rest of the day Kate and William will spend privately with their children.

  • September 30th: The royal couple will visit Haida Gwaii, the archipelago on the northern coast of British Columbia, a remote but special place. They'll take part in an official ceremony and then open the new local hospital.

  • October 1st: The final day of the tour, Kate and William will spend the day in Victoria, visiting a number of social care and mental health charities, continuing their efforts to bring mental health to the forefront, and support local organizations.
