Amy Schumer posts naked selfie for National Gun Violence Awareness Day

Amy Schumer participated in National Gun Violence Awareness Day on Thursday by posting a picture wearing orange, but her photo wasn't like the rest of the participants' in Everytown's campaign.

Schumer, who has become a fierce advocate of gun control ever since a gunman killed two people during a screening of her film "Trainwreck last summer in Louisiana, posted a photo of herself wearing an orange sports bra ... and nothing else.

What better way to raise awareness and spread the word than with a naked photo?

In the racy shot, which doesn't include Schumer's head, shows the comedian in a cheetah print bra in a bathroom.

"Today please #wearorange for gun safety! #everytown," she captioned the photo.
