This past week in news, as many have been recently, was dominated by politics. American citizens went out in droves to vote on Super Tuesday, which Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton won for their respective parties. Stateside, we also saw the Academy Awards and the continuation of Kobe Bryant's goodbye tour.

Elsewhere, astronauts Scott Kelly and Mikhail Kornienko landed in Kazakhstan after their year in space, and parts of the migrant "jungle" in Calais, France was torn down after many refugees were relocated to a new camp.
