Have a good run guys!👋🏼 Running is something I was never really good at but always kind of liked. And because i like to set myself crazy goals, last year I decided to run a half marathon. It was definitely one of the most physically and mentally challenging moments, but eventually I made it to the end (yay). Go and pick yourself some crazy goal, push the limits, and make yourself proud. If you think you can't, you actually can.

Sun is awesome but rainy days are charming☔️
I really enjoy the process of meeting the asana for the first time and being all like what the hell is that, practicing it endlessly and still being kinda unsure of what I'm doing and finally being able to sink into it and genuinely enjoy it. Last weekend has transformed my relationship with inversions. I'm happy to have met so many great teachers. @hiekimyoga @inside_yoga @alexeyyoga
Oh hey, let's stretch 👋🏼 So I decided to start the weekend already today- some sweet mellow yoga, evening brunch and reading one of the books you recommended me. Anybody in the same mood?😴📷 @alica.ticha
