Taylor Swift is no stranger to gracing the cover of Vogue -- but her latest spread will have you doing a double take.

The 1989singer has landed the cover of Vogue Australia this month, styled with a chunky layered hairdo featuring bold bangs, a much darker take her signature blond locks. In addition, Swift gets a complete make-under with no red lipstick in sight. Beauty was kept so natural, it almost looks as if the pop star wasn't wearing any makeup at all.

The cover's title "New Romantics" pays homage to one of 1989's bonus tracks with the same name. The issue hits stands right before Swift heads down under for the Australian leg of her tour.

Pretty good timing.
