On Sunday night, a 3-year-old girl was found wandering the streets of Landsdowne, MD covered in blood. When bar security guard Frank Myers spotted the little girl in a CVS parking lot around 10 PM that evening, he went over to speak to her. Myers said of the encounter:
Myers and a co-worker called the police and helped officers canvas the area with the girl. They had no luck finding the girl's home. She was taken to Social Services.
