Prabal Gurung serves up fiery tones and sequins for Spring 2016

Fall is my all-time favorite season, yet Prabal Gurung was making me yearn for springtime with his Spring 2016 collection. The ultra-feminine designs featured flowing fabrics and long skirts, in fiery shades of red, orange, and yellow. Sequins, a rather unexpected trend for spring, covered many styles. They say in fashion, when you start to cover up one part of the body, you expose the other half. Prabal Gurung's long skirts were balanced by more open tops – off the shoulder styles reigned, with a handful of strapless designs.
