Charles Youssef's S/S 2016 Presentation, New Geometry, added a whole new dimension to his metropolitan architecture inspired designs. His signature elements of zig zag patterns and divergent diagonals included new traces of pastel Art-Deco motifs, inspired by Australian designer Esther Stewart. The collection mixed modern shaping and ruffle detailing, a unique juxtaposition between classic and contemporary design. The sleeves were intentional and detailed, a mixture of dynamic folding, geometric cut outs, and sunburst pleating. The looks were tastefully styled with shoes by Bionda Castana and Nicholas Kirkwood.
