This scary ad shows you how addicted kids are to technology

Today's kids are little tech wizards that juggle from one device to another better than many adults.

But how much technology is too much?

The concept for a recent ad makes parents and grandparents face that question.

Nature Valley gathered three generations of families. They first asked boomers and their children what they used to do when they were kids to have fun, and the answers ranged from playing in the nature, to picking fruits or doing other social activities outside. Then the scary part of the video begins, when the grandchildren are asked what they do today to have fun.

All of them respond by showing how central technology such as tablets and video games are to the enjoyment of their lives.
