A photo is circulating the Internet of a 30-year-old Croatian man and father who is thought to have been killed by the Egypt affiliate of ISIS. The photo insinuates that he was beheaded by the group, and if this is confirmed, this would be the first killing of a foreign captive in the country since the group established a branch in Egypt last year.
Uggie the Dog, a Jack Russell Terrier from the Oscar-winning film 'The Artist,' was put to sleep after battling a prostate tumor. His owner told TMZ that it was a hard decision, but the dog had been struggling.
A lot of students spend time on their phone in class, but this new app called Pocket Points gives students discounts on food, depending on how long they avoid their phones in class. The app even uses geolocation technology to make sure that the students are actually in class.
Tom Brady and the NFL have been going at it for months, and the legal battle is just getting started. The two sides met today in court, and the newest judge says that both have good points. We'll be monitoring this as it develops.
While this may not seem like news to us, a new study published in the American Journal of Family therapy suggests that students in elementary school are getting even more homework than most education leaders would recommend.
