Lena Dunham Launches Newsletter for Young Women

Lena Dunham -- the feminist powerhouse -- is at it again, and this time, she's getting even more creative.

Dunham recently announced the launch of Lenny, a newsletter for the 'contemporary feminist'.

In a chat with Buzzfeed, she said that Lenny will be targeted at "an army of like-minded intellectually curious women and the people who love them, who want to bring change but also want to know, like, where to buy the best tube top for summer that isn't going to cost your entire paycheck."

Lenny won't be a solo effort, though. Dunham plans on collaborating with feminist minds from around the globe. The newsletter will feature contributions from celebrity bloggers, magazine journalists, and the Lenny newsletter staff.

If that doesn't get you excited, here's even more awesome news: Jessica Grose -- a former New York Magazine and Slate editor -- will serve as Lenny's editor-in-chief.

Dunham plans to give her newsletter a similar format to that of the popular newsletter The Skimm, and it is expected to debut this fall.

As for what you can expect? Lenny is about to give your inbox the touch of feminism its been waiting for.

I just signed up. Will you?
