The tried and true champagne and orange juice is always good, but these seven mimosa recipes will take your weekend brunch to the next level!

1) Lemonade Mimosa



For an instant upgrade, try lemonade. You can choose between regular lemonade, pink lemonade, or strawberry lemonade. Just mix equal parts lemonade and champagne. Easy right?


2) Mandarin Mimosa



For each drink you'll need:
2 oz of mandarin juice
2 oz of champagne
A dash of Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur

Directions:
- Pour 2 oz of mandarin juice into each glass (about half)
- Add a dash of the orange liqueur
-Top off with 2oz of champagne


3) Blood Orange Mimosa



To serve 4-6 you'll need:
2lbs blood oranges, juiced
Champagne

Directions:
- Pour blood orange juice into ice cubes
- Place in freezer until frozen, at least 6 hours
- Fill champagne flutes with blood orange ice cubes, fill with champagne


4) Mimosa Smoothie



You'll need:
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 cup champagne
*Be sure all ingredients are cold

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender until frothy
Divide evenly among glasses


5) Strawberry-Pineapple Mimosa



You'll need:
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 (25.4 oz) bottle of champagne, chilled
1/2 cup strawberries, thinly sliced

Directions:
- Using a pitcher, mix orange and pineapple juice
- Pour orange-pineapple mixture into champagne flutes until half-full
- Fill glasses with champagne and strawberry slices, serve immediately


6) Watermelon Mimosa

You'll need:
1 quarter of a large watermelon, peeled and cut into small pieces
2 cups of orange juice
1 bottle of chilled champagne
Sugar or honey to taste, based on sweetness of the fruit

Directions:
- Blend the watermelon chunks with the orange juice and sugar to taste until you have a smooth strain
- Chill the watermelon-orange mix in the fridge until ready to prepare the drinks
- Pour the watermelon-orange mix into champagne flutes (about half full)
- Top with champagne
- Stir lightly and garnish with a small slice of watermelon if desired


7) Mango Mimosa



You'll need:
2 mangoes peeled and diced or canned pureed mangoes
1 (750ml) bottle of champagne

Directions:
- Puree mango in a food processor or blender if using fresh mango
- Push pulp through a fine mesh sieve, discarding any solids
- In a pitcher combine the 1 1/2 cups of puree with the champagne
- Pour into champagne glasses and enjoy
