What Disney villains look like in real life

You've watched Ursula, Scar, Captain Hook, Cruella de Vil and other Disney villains many times before, but you've probably never seen the people who gave them their famous screams, growls and snarls.

While some stars appear to be separated from their villain at birth, not all the voice actors and actresses resemble the meanies they brought to life. Betty Lou Gerson probably hoped Cruella De Vil wasn't based on her. Gerson was a stunning brunette with gorgeous curls while De Vil got stuck with a two-toned mess.

As you can see in the gallery above, some stars really do bare an uncanny resemblance to their nasty character. Eleanor Audley, who voiced cruel Lady Tremaine in 'Cinderella,' does look a lot like the wicked step-mother (though we're sure she was far nicer). She also scared the pants off kids as 'Maleficent,' and it's no surprise that they look like twins -- she actually modeled for the animators.

Richard White has the same devilish look as Gaston, and Jeremy Irons is basically the human version of Scar.
