Marlon Bundo, the Pence family's rabbit, makes an appearance at the White House

Mike Pence hosted American military families on Tuesday at the White House to celebrate National Military Spouse Appreciation Day -- and a special guest made the event so much sweeter.

There to welcome the children who attended the event were Karen Pence, the vice president's wife, and Marlon Bundo, their pet rabbit.

Kids swarmed to pet the BOTUS, which, of course, stands for Bunny of the United States.

You can even see a delighted Ivanka Trump in the background:

The Pence family also has two cats, Oreo and Pickle, but sadly they were not present.
