Every day, more and more parents come up with unique ways to make their birthing experiences even more special. Like this one mom, who helped deliver her own baby during a C-section.
Now, another mom is going viral for the snap she took only seconds after giving birth.
Thaise De Mari is a fashion blogger from Brazil with a huge following. Since getting pregnant, she's been blogging about her transformation and journey to motherhood.

When it came time to give birth, De Mari decided to document the special moment. Her husband followed her into the operating room, camera on hand. Once the doctor delivered the newborn and handed the baby to her parents, De Mari's husband quickly took a snap. The selfie includes De Mari, her husband and their newborn baby girl, cute as ever.

Since Carmel's birth, the photo has gotten nearly 32,000 likes -- De Mari's followers can't get over how happy the baby looks and how much love is in the photo. She regularly posts photos of Carmel to Instagram, where her followers can tune in to see Carmel growing up.
