Amy Schumer posts mocking bikini photo for National Bikini Day
Amy Schumer is celebrating National Bikini day ... sort of!
The comedian took to Instagram on the made-up holiday on Thursday to share a photo of herself rocking a two-piece bathing suit in apparent mocking celebration.

In the photo, Schumer dons a patterned purple bikini with the straps pulled down, sunglasses and a black baseball cap. It appears as though she's poolside on vacation somewhere, though it's unclear where the "Snatched" actress was when the photo was taken. Twelve hours earlier she posted a current photo from London.
Schumer has long been a critic of societal beauty standards and the pressure the media puts on celebrities and women, so her mocking the contrived bikini holiday comes as no surprise.
