George Clooney and Amal Clooney reveal the gender of their twins

So what color will the nursery be?!

After George and Amal Clooney broke the internet last week by announcing they're expecting twins, their sexes have finally been revealed.

"It will be one of each! Yes, a boy and a girl. That's what I've been told," George's mother, Nina Clooney, said last weekend. "How marvelous! My husband and I are extremely excited."

The lawyer sparked pregnancy rumors in January after she stepped out on several occasions wearing loose-fitting ensembles. Amal first sparked the rumor mill after she attended an event in early January with her 55-year-old husband. She wore a loose floral mini dress that strategically covered her teeny baby bump.

George has never been a father and he's definitely "excited but nervous" to take on his new role. Reports claim he may take some time off to focus on being a dad, which is understandable considering there are not one, but two babies on the way!

While the Clooneys have remained pretty tight-lipped about the big news, George told his close pal Matt Damon when Amal was only eight weeks pregnant.

Damon revealed to ET Canada that he "almost started crying" when he found out.

"I'm thrilled for him," the actor continued. "She's amazing. He hit the jackpot, just on every level. She is a remarkable woman. They're gonna be great. They're gonna be awesome parents. Those kids are lucky."

Geore and Amal tied the knot in 2014 in a stunning Italian wedding. The bride wore a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta gown as they said "I do" in front of a star-studded crowd.
