The week of the convention started out rocky for the Democrats. The now former head of the Democratic National Committee -- Debbie Wasserman Shultz resigned as the convention opened, amid an email leak.

The leak exposed some party officials' plan to sabotage Bernie Sanders' campaign. This fueled droves of his supporters taking over the DNC to have their voices heard. A week of rallying behind the Democratic nominee was overshadowed with Sanders supporters outwardly displaying their opposition. The editors at AOL.com were on the ground at the convention covering the chaos.
