America's First Hello Kitty Cafe Opens to Lines Around the Block

The first Hello Kitty cafe in America has opened, and people are freaking out.

They're waiting 5 hours to get some goodies from the cafe in Irvine, California. FIVE HOURS for kitty cupcakes. In Cali summer heat.

Social media is jumping aboard the cat train, too.

Even worse, it's only a popup store. The food truck is temporary, so people are definitely going while they can.

Social media users say the sunburns and hour-long lines are worth the hype.

You can see the crowds of people lining up.
