Duchess Kate steps it up in sexy, glamorous off-the-shoulder dress

Updated

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, stepped up her fashion game in a big way tonight -- vamping it up in a sultry, off-the-shoulder dress by Barbara Casasola. The Spring 2016 dress originally retailed for a little over $1100, and it certainly will be one to remember from the Duchess's wardrobe. It's also a new designer for Kate.

Kate wore her hair down in bouncy curls, bringing back her favorite hairstyle that we haven't seen too much lately -- she's been opting to wear her long locks in elegant chignons for most events. She carried a new bag, a white sparkly clutch that mimicked the stripes of her dress, and also wore new peachy-nude strappy sandals. Her shoes -- the Schutz Dollie Sandals -- are going fast in the color Kate wore (shop a few sizes here!), but are also available in black on Shopbop (for 50% off!).

According to reporter Emily Andrews, Kate's shoes were so high -- a 4.5 inch heel to be exact -- they made her teeter a bit. (We've all been there, no?)

Kate tonight attended a dinner and awards ceremony at the Natural History Museum in London to award the Art Fund's Museum of the Year. See below for a video of the Duchess presenting the award on stage -- and prepare to love her even more than you already do!

It's one of our favorite looks she's worn of late. Do you agree? Take a look above and tell us in the comments below!
