Suspect allegedly orders pizza to police station

CORBIN, KY-- A guy already under arrests allegedly decides, "Eh? What's a little prank going to do do on top of shoplifting charges?"

Likely to their surprise, police say that 29-year-old Michael Harp made a prank phone call from his holding cell, ordering five pizzas to be delivered to the police department in Corbin, Kentucky under his arresting officer's name.

"I'm wrongfully accused on this here," Harp said. "They've charged me with two felonies over this pizza deal because I had my phone inside the holding cell."

Harp is pretty adamant about his not-guilty status but cops say they've traced the delivery call to his phone.

Now, on top of shoplifting and public intoxication charges, Harp has also been charged with theft by deception, theft of identity, and impersonating an officer.

Jail? Probably not the best place to pull a prank.
