Meteor 'Fireball' Spotted Over Virginia

RICHMOND, Va. –- Did you see Thursday night's meteor over Virginia?

CBS 6 reports: At about 10:15 p.m. on Thursday, many of you reported seeing a bright fireball in the sky.
"The fireball was seen from primarily Virginia but witnesses from Washington DC, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia also reported seeing the phenomenon," the American Meteor Society said.
Below is video shot by Dan Perjar in Raleigh, North Carolina.

"Sizable meteor caught on my dash cam in Raleigh tonight," Perjar posted on YouTube.
