Zendaya is Named the Newest Face of Louis Vuitton After a Viral TikTok Video at LV's Fashion Show

No red carpet event is complete without the Euphoria actress pulling up in some slick suit or statement gown, and let’s just say that her looks are about to get even more luxe thanks to her brand new partnership with Louis Vuitton. The brand recently announced Zendaya as their newest ambassador with a video campaign featuring the LV Capucines handbag.
Zendaya wore a chic black mini dress and knee-high black boots, dancing around with a baby blue Capucines bag in hand as Spanish guitar music echoed in the background. Mid-video, the actress changed into a one-shouldered LBD to model a black Capucines bag on a rooftop with an oceanside view.
“I remember growing up around LV campaigns,” Zendaya told Vogue. "Everyone had the LV-print on their Myspace page. At least I had that! Let me not try to put that on nobody else. That was definitely me.”
Fans have been speculating about the possibility of Zendaya becoming the new face of Louis Vuitton ever since she attended the LV Paris Fashion Week show along with LV ambassadors Emma Stone and Ana de Armas. It was at the same fashion show where the viral TikTok clip of Z’s stylist-turned-creative-director Law Roach being relegated to a second row seat behind Zendaya herself was taken.
Shortly after, Law announced his shocking retirement from celebrity styling. However, the stylist clarified that that there is "no beef" between himself and LVHM, Louis Vuitton's parent company. Law even styled Z's Capucines campaign shoot with LV. "Delphine and the Arnault family have been so kind to me," he emphasized.
In addition to some exciting potential red carpet appearances, Zendaya has two movies in the works — Challengers, a sports romance movie about a tennis player, and Dune 2, the second chapter of Denis Villeneuve's sci-fi adaptation with Timothée Chalamet. As long as filming schedules don't get in the way, we're hoping to see Zendaya turn out on the 2023 Met Gala red carpet in a stunning Louis Vuitton look, and we're hoping that Law will work his magic to make it happen.
