Cooked sausage, hamburger, cheeses, cut vegetable foods were held at 50-59 degrees Fahrenheit, inside the pizza bain marie cooling unit, rather than 41 degrees or below as required. Twenty-five pounds of food product was voluntarily discarded and valued by manager at $125. (Corrected).
