New York To Begin Loosening COVID Restrictions

On the same day, California's strict stay-at-home order was lifted... New York's governor said the state can start peeling back its restrictions because cases and hospitalizations are trending down.

But -- Governor Andrew Cuomo said now is not the time to get too comfortable.

So far -- New York has vaccinated one-point-two million people.
