Yellowjackets season 2 spoilers follow.

Yellowjackets star Tawny Cypress has responded to the series' most recent episode, revealing that we should all be worried about her character.

The latest episode saw Taissa and former girlfriend Van cross paths once again, however the reunion brought up some less than pleasant realities. Following the episode's conclusion, Cypress sat down with TVLine to discuss what's next for the character.

"We’re all worried about Taissa," she said of her character, who has from time to time become taken over by an evil alternate version of herself.

Going on to explain why Taissa gets back in contact with her ex-girlfriend, Cypress said that Van's ability to speak with the alternate Tai is the reason for her visit.

"I think she recognises that she needs help at this point," the actress continued.

"Van was the one that was able to talk to this other Tai, so hopefully we can get some answers."

Revealing what this means for Taissa and Vans's relationship for the rest of the season, she added: "I think Van has the main control in the interactions between the two of them.

"For the rest of the season she gets very, very reliant on Van, to the point where she’s a shadow of herself. She has completely lost control."

Cypress also touched on the reoccurring presence of the Man with No Eyes, teasing that fans will have to wait until the third season to get a resolution.

"He’s not going to figure a lot in Season 2," she explained. "In fact, Taissa’s whole story doesn’t figure a lot in Season 2. You’re going to have to wait at least until Season 3 to get some real answers on what’s going on with her."

Yellowjackets season 2 airs on Showtime in the US and Paramount+ in the UK.
