Evan Gerike, Greenville News

Final four picks: South Carolina, Stanford, Iowa, Ohio State

National championship: Iowa over South Carolina. Caitlin Clark will be too hard to stop. South Carolina’s season has been remarkable, but the Gamecocks will fall short of an undefeated season again at the hands of the Hawkeyes.

Nick Gray, The Tennessean

Final Four picks: South Carolina, Stanford, Iowa, UConn

National championship: South Carolina over Iowa. Dawn Staley and the Gamecocks avenge last year's Final Four loss. This is going to be a very entertaining path to a chalky end result.

Cora Hall, Knoxville News Sentinel

Final Four picks: South Carolina, Stanford, UCLA, USC

National championship: South Carolina over UCLA. The Gamecocks have been unstoppable and their depth will fuel their national championship run. The South Carolina team no one expected to go undefeated will win the title for last year’s team that lost in the Final Four.

Blake Toppmeyer, USA TODAY Sports SEC columnist

Final Four picks: South Carolina, Stanford, Iowa, USC

National championship: Iowa over South Carolina. Lisa Bluder outfoxed Dawn Staley in last season’s semifinals, and Iowa once again has the firepower to combat South Carolina’s calling-card defense. Iowa’s Hannah Stuelke would need to stand tall against South Carolina’s 6-foot-7 center Kamilla Cardoso. Caitlin Clark spent her senior season in the fish bowl. She should be comfortable with the pressure of March Madness.
