Woman pinned between train cars near West 7th St. in Fort Worth dies, authorities say

A woman died on Sunday night after she was pinned between two train cars as she tried to pass between them near West 7th Street and Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth, authorities said.

Jade Wear, 27, died of blunt force injuries in the accident, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Wear was pronounced dead at a hospital about 9:30 p.m., about a half hour after firefighters freed her from the cars in the 2500 block of West 7th Street.

Wear, who Fort Worth police said suffered leg injuries, lived in North Richland Hills, according to the medical examiner’s office.
