Woman dead following Sunday morning shooting in Savannah

The Savannah Police Department is requesting information on a Sunday morning shooting that resulted in one death.

SPD responded to a shooting near the intersection of Emerald Dive and May Street at 4 a.m. Sunday, according to a post made on X (formerly Twitter). It resulted in the death of one adult female. Anyone with information should call CrimeStoppers at 912-234-2020.
