Wisconsin native Nick Viall is growing his podcast into a media company. Two 'Vanderpump Rules' stars will have a show on his network.

Waukesha native and "Bachelor" star Nick Viall is expanding his popular podcast into a whole media company. And, two "Vanderpump Rules" stars will be launching a new show on the network.

In a Variety exclusive, Viall said he had been working on expanding the offering of Envy Media — his "audio-first lifestyle company" focused on pop culture and relationship-themed shows — beyond his own podcast, "The Viall Files," for years.

The stars aligned when he met "Vanderpump's" Katie Maloney — his favorite "VP" character — and Dayna Kathan. He knew he had "found exactly the right people to be the first to join us here at the microphone," Viall shared with Variety.

Nick Viall recently had Katie Maloney, Dayna Kathan on 'The Viall Files' to talk about their new show and more

Maloney and Kathan recently went on "The Viall Files" to dish with Viall and his fiancée, Natalie Joy, about the new podcast they're calling "Disrespectfully." Plus, what the dating scene is like — "scary" — and "Vanderpump" after last year's explosive season.

"I'm so excited just because obviously when thinking about what I wanted this network to be and what I wanted it to represent, obviously you two ladies I think embody that," Viall told Maloney and Kathan on the episode.

Maloney and Kathan became friends when Kathan joined "Vanderpump" Season 8. Despite being a fan favorite, Kathan left after that season. The show's 11th season will start airing at the end of the month.

The two first started talking about doing a podcast together early last year, Kathan said on "The Viall Files." They since became friends with Viall.

“We knew our podcast found a home with Envy Media after our first meeting with Nick,” Maloney and Kathan told Variety. “His years of experience paired with his vision and tenacity is undeniable and we are thrilled to be a part of this new family!”

"The Viall Files" primary audience is millennial women, and the content focuses on relationships, dating and pop culture, Viall said on the episode. Maloney and Kathan are millennial women who are navigating the world of dating.

Maloney is back at it after a highly publicized divorce from fellow castmate Tom Schwartz, who she had been with for 12 years. And, Kathan described the dating landscape as "brutal" after being on-and-off single for about seven years.

"The lessons have been bountiful. And, a lot of it has been bad-tasting medicine," Kathan said on "The Viall Files." "So, I feel like (Maloney) and I both offer a unique perspective in a lot of it. But, I imagine I still have many more lessons in my future."

Both in their 30s now, they know who they are, what they want and what they won't tolerate anymore, they shared on the show. And, they'd rather be without a romantic partner than with the wrong one.

"Just to be able to hear very relatable stories about what it's like to kind of brave that world through the lens of you two I think is really going to be a lot of fun for people to listen to," Viall said on the show.

"Disrespectfully" will make its debut Jan. 10 and air every Wednesday wherever you get your podcasts, Maloney posted on Instagram.

Viall "can't wait" to announce other shows being planned at Envy Media, he told Variety.

Who is Nick Viall?

Viall, a graduate of Waukesha North High School and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, appeared on Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe's seasons of "The Bachelorette." In both, he was sent home as the runner-up during the series finale.

Viall would later be on the ABC spinoff "Bachelor in Paradise" and become "The Bachelor."

In 2023, Viall appeared on Fox's "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test" Season 2. He would end up being one of only three celebrities to pass the course. He also previously competed on "Dancing with the Stars."
