The NFL's free agency period doesn't officially begin until 3 p.m. Wednesday.

But the legal tampering period began on Monday at 11 a.m. This allows any player with an expiring contract to speak with other teams through their representation, and numerous deals around the league have already been agreed upon as a result.

Cody Ford, re-signed with Cincinnati Bengals

Cincinnati re-signed offensive guard Cody Ford to a one-year deal on Saturday.

Ford joined the Bengals last March and played in all 17 games this past season. He even made one start.

Ford played for OU from 2015-18. He then got selected by the Buffalo Bills in the second round (No. 38 overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Baker Mayfield, re-signed with Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Quarterback Baker Mayfield agreed to a three-year, $100 million contract with Tampa Bay on Sunday. It's worth up to $115 million with incentives.

Mayfield signed a one-year deal with the Buccaneers before the start of last season and led them to the divisional round of the playoffs. He recorded career highs of 364 completed passes, 4,044 passing yards and 29 total touchdowns.

Mayfield played for OU from 2015-17. He then got selected by the Cleveland Browns with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Kenneth Murray, signed with Tennessee Titans

Former Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Kenneth Murray agreed to a two-year, $18 million deal with Tennessee on Monday.

Murray spent the first four years of his career with the Chargers. He recorded career highs of 107 tackles, seven tackles for loss and three sacks this past season.

Murray played for OU from 2017-19. He then got selected by the Chargers with the No. 23 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Joe Mixon, traded from Cincinnati Bengals to Houston Texans

Cincinnati traded running back Joe Mixon to the Houston Texans on Tuesday, per numerous reports. Terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

Mixon spent the first seven years of his career with Cincinnati. He ran the ball 257 times for 1,034 yards and nine touchdowns this past year.

Mixon spent two seasons with OU. He then got selected by Cincinnati in the second round (No. 48 overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Where did former OSU players go in NFL free agency?

Emmanuel Ogbah, released by Miami Dolphins

Miami released defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah on Feb. 23.

Ogbah spent four seasons with the Dolphins. He recorded 20 tackles (three for loss) and 5.5 sacks this past season.

Ogbah played for OSU from 2013-15. He then got selected by the Cleveland Browns in the second round (No. 32 overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft.
