'Wheel of Fortune' set

As Halloween approaches this year, Wheel of Fortune decided to join fans in dressing up for the holiday, with the game show's set making a complete transformation.

The official Instagram account for the popular show shared photos of the decked-out set for Halloween Week. The production team went all out for the new game show episodes, with skeletons, a dressed-up dog and ghouls crawling from graves just a few of the many details.

In fact, the show even managed to create its own Halloween house for the occasion, while a star-filled night sky with a full moon completed the look.

"Just a Halloween set appreciation post, that is all 👻," read the caption.

Wheel of Fortune executive producer Bellamie Blackstone Pritchett declared in the comments, "Best Art Department in the biz 🔥🔥."

Fans were just as appreciative of the effort and skill, with one writing, "Love those Halloween 🎃 decorations. Awesome job. 😀."

"Your team always does a great job with the sets 👏👏👏," commended another, as a third said, "It's beautiful, Happy Halloween to you all."

"Things are about to be spooky on WHEEL! OF! FORTUNE!" proclaimed a loyal viewer.

While the production team at Wheel of Fortune created a spooky and fun Halloween Week display, some fans used the regular show set as inspiration for their Halloween decorations. Two homeowners went all out with their spin on the Wheel of Fortune set, calling it, "Wheel of Misfortune."

Some classic monsters made an appearance as part of the decorations, with Dracula, Pennywise, and more standing near the show's central wheel as if they were the night's contestants. The producers of the game show even saw the creation and sent the imaginative fans some gifts.
