November at the Massillon Museum brims with learning opportunities – ceramics, yoga, screen printing, and writing.

Highlights

Children (ages 3 and older recommended) and adults are invited to make clay masterpieces in the Casual Clay workshop from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday. The $25 ($20 member) fee per person includes supplies. Attendees can work on whatever projects they wish. Ceramics Studio Manager Susan Mentrak will be present to offer feedback and guidance if desired. Register at MassMu.org/Tickets or 330-833-4061.

MassMu’s beginner-friendly yoga class meets 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. Fridays in November (except Nov. 24). All ages and levels are welcome to participate in restorative poses, vinyasa and a five-minute savasana. Bring a mat. The fee is $6 per class, or $15 for three classes, which can carry over to December. Registration is not required.

MassMu Operations Officer Scot Phillips, a screen-printing artist, will lead participants through the screen-printing process from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.
