What's closed on Memorial Day Monday?
Most government agencies, banks and mail delivery systems in Bucks County will be closed on Memorial Day Monday, May 27.
Here's what you need to know.
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's customer service departments closed on Memorial Day
PennDOT will close its driver license, photo centers and its full-service center in Harrisburg for a three-day Memorial Day observance beginning Saturday, May 25.
PennDOT's customer service centers will open on its usual schedule on Tuesday, May 26.
PennDOT customers will still be able to access services online during Memorial Day, including all forms, publications, and driver training manuals, online through PennDOT's Driver and Vehicle Services website.
PennDOT also pushed an alert to its Facebook page, updating residents on its Memorial Day closures:

Bucks County Administration, courts will be closed on Memorial Day
Bucks County Administration and court system will be closed on Memorial Day, confirmed County spokesperson James O'Malley. All municipal buildings are also closed.
Bucks County Administration also posted its 2024 holiday schedule online.

United State Postal Service won't pick up, deliver mail on Memorial Day
If you need a USPS pickup, better to arrange it before the end of the week, because the mail service will not pick up nor deliver mail on Memorial Day.
"Memorial Day is a widely observed holiday, which means that many businesses are closed and not producing outgoing mail," read a portion of USPS' operations policy for Memorial Day 2024. "There will be no regular delivery service except for Holiday Premium Priority Mail Express and Holiday Same Day Package delivery."
The post office will be open on its regular schedule on Saturday, May 25.

Is FedEx open on Memorial Day? Will packages be delivered?
Most of FedEx's pickup and delivery services will not be available on Memorial Day, according to the company's website. FedEx Office hours will also be modified, so it is best to check with your local store for their specific hours.
FedEx Custom Critical, however, is available 24/7, according to the company.

Memorial Day observance will delay trash pickup, close banks
Generally speaking, trash that is usually collected in Bucks County on Monday will delayed one day.
Branches of Capital One, Bank of America, PNC, Truist, CitiBank and JPMorgan Chase will be closed on Memorial Day, the companies confirmed to USA TODAY. Capital One Cafes will remain open.
