Asteroid City premiered in a limited capacity on June 16, and officially hit theaters nationwide this past Friday, June 23, 2023. It debuted earlier this year at the Cannes film festival, where it received a six-minute standing ovation.

Wes Anderson’s new movie features an unsurprisingly star-studded cast which includes Tom Hanks, Margot Robbie, Scarlett Johansson, Steve Carrell, Maya Hawke, Rita Wilson and Hong Chau.

Many familiar faces are also returning to the world of Wes Anderson, among them Jason Schwartzman, Edward Norton, Tilda Swinton, Bryan Cranston, Willem Dafoe, Adrien Brody and Jeff Goldblum.
