How to Make Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs

  1. Place eggs in a large saucepan, add water to cover and bring to a rolling boil. Cook 1 minute, cover pan with lid and remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain, cool slightly and peel.

  2. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and set aside in a bowl.

  3. Mash together with 1 cup prepared pimento cheese spread; 2 tsp mustard and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce.

  4. Divide mixture evenly among egg whites with a spoon, or pipe in using a pastry bag or plastic bag with the corner snipped. Top with extra pimentos, if desired.
