These were the 5 most expensive homes sold in Vanderburgh County in July

Vanderburgh County's most expensive home sales in July 2023 included several properties that were primarily in the McCutchanville area.

A total of 342 homes were sold in July, a decrease from the previous month's 355. The biggest sale came in at $850,000, a drop from June's top seller, which was for $1.35 million.

Here's a look at the five most expensive home sales that month, according to the Vanderburgh County Assessor's Office.

Sitting on almost an acre of land, this custom ranch offers a getaway in the woods section of Cambridge.
