This week in Kansas City: 50 Nights of Fire kicks off at Worlds of Fun, plus festivals
In celebration of its 50th anniversary, Worlds of Fun will offer 50 Nights of Fire.
The end-of-the-day celebration featuring pyrotechnics, more than 100 drones, a musical soundtrack and a narration with the theme park’s historical highlights will run June 24-Aug. 12.
The show will be included with admission to Worlds of Fun ($29.99-$44.99). More information at worldsoffun.com.
Also in celebration of its 50th anniversary, the amusement park unveiled its reimagined Zambezi Zinger roller coaster last week.
