Wednesday's high school results: Copley, STVM girls basketball, Walsh Jesuit boys win

WEDNESDAY'S BOYS BASKETBALL ROUNDUP

WALSH JESUIT 64, CUYAHOGA FALLS 51 A backyard rivalry game between Walsh Jesuit (5-2) and Cuyahoga Falls (1-6) turned into a classic contest of a balanced team vs. one superstar player. Walsh broke open a close game with a 14-3 run at the end of the first half as part of the Tallmadge Winter Classic. Tyler Bell scored 14 of his 19 points in the second quarter, as he hit five 3s. The Warriors also got 14 points from Sean Spicer and 13 from Jesse James. Falls got a huge night from forward Drew Huffman, who scored a season-high 29 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, but no other Black Tiger reached double figures in scoring.
