Lululemon has awesome response after messing up customer's order
Luxury athletic brand Lululemon Athletica is known for its quality athletic-wear, free yoga classes in stores, and notoriously high prices. But after a $608 mistake, the store can now be known for its generosity.
Lululemon customer Angelo Lagdameo wanted to make sure his karma was flowing properly when he offered to send back a pretty big mistake on his Lululemon order. What the company told him might surprise you.
Lagdameo ordered the Men's Cool Toque Hat, which runs $32 a piece. Rather than the one hat he ordered, the box delivered to him contained 20! He tweeted a picture of himself and the abundance of hats to Lululemon saying he was sending them back.
After a few humorous Twitter exchanges, Lululemon told Lagdameo to pay it forward and give the extra hats to friends.
Score! Holiday presents already taken care of! Lululemon ate the cost of the hats, but probably made a customer for life.
