Watch the video of Britney Spears’ exchange with Victor Wembanyama’s security team
Pop Superstar Britney Spears filed a police report against the security detail of San Antonio Spurs forward Victor Wembanyama after she said she was backhanded by the detail.
Spears and Wembanyma were in a casino complex in Las Vegas when the interaction happened and Wembanyma said he did not know it was Spears who had approached him until later.
Spears put out a statement saying the ordeal was traumatizing and embarrassing.

Las Vegas Police declined to press charges against Wembanyama’s security per Jeff Zillgitt of USA Today.
No charges will be filed against the person involved in the Victor Wembanyama-Britney Spears security guard incident, per Las Vegas Police Department.

Wembanyama, the No. 1 pick in the 2023 NBA draft explained to the media what he saw on Thursday claiming Spears grabbed his shoulder which the video refutes.

A video released by TMZ shows the interaction in which Spears reaches for the shoulder of Wembanyama and then has her hand slapped back into her face by security.
