Watch Shania Twain Strut Her Stuff With Toned AF Legs In A Minidress On IG

  • Shania Twain just posted an Instagram video strutting down the sidewalk while lip syncing a song.

  • It was hard to miss how totally strong the 57-year-old singer's legs were in the video, thanks to her sparkly minidress and heeled boots.

  • Shania, who has struggled with Lyme Disease, likes to get her steps in by going on walks.

Absolutely no one rocks a glittery cowboy hat quite like country queen Shania Twain, and her latest Instagram video is all the proof you'll ever need.

The singer strutted her stuff in a sparkly leopard-print minidress and matching jacket while she lip syncs to a song. Shania completed her look with a pair of black, knee-high boots, and a black cowboy hat with silver glittery tassels. Iconic doesn't begin to cover it.

“Getting litty in the city! 🤠” Shania captioned the cute video. Her fans were, naturally, loving it. One person summed it up their thoughts with some emojis: “🔥🔥🔥.” Meanwhile, another added, “those legs ....git on girl ..."

Clearly, Shania is as glowy and confident as ever, but it was also impossible to ignore her super toned legs as she sashayed through town in the video.

If you're wondering how Shania tackles her workout routines to get that sculpted look, you're not alone. Luckily, I've got a few insights for you. The biggest thing to know is that when she’s not busy teasing new music, making surprise Coachella cameos, or touring, you can find Shania among the horses. She's a big fan of horseback riding, which can be a great way to get some fresh air and exercise.

Here she is getting her trot on:

The queen also delivered us a horse riding compilation set to "Anti-Hero" by Taylor Swift, and it's no wonder she loves this form of exercise:

Back in 2017, Shania also told The Cut that she likes to play tennis and hits the courts three to five times each week. But these days, Shania hasn't shared a ton about her specific workout routines (other than the horses) lately, partly because she's been focused on her Lyme Disease diagnosis. She opened up about her battle with the disease, which started in 2003, in her new Netflix documentary Not Just a Girl.

"The tick was infected with Lyme disease, and I did get Lyme disease,” she said, per Vanity Fair. “My symptoms were quite scary because before I was diagnosed, I was on stage very dizzy. I was losing my balance, I was afraid I was gonna fall off the stage… I was having these very, very, very millisecond blackouts, but regularly, every minute or every 30 seconds.”

One thing she does do? Go out for some low-impact walks. She has even shared snaps on Instagram where she is taking her dogs on long walks, too.

Walking is my key thing," she told The Cut. "If I’ve got to go to an appointment, I’ll try to walk there or walk back because going off to play tennis isn’t always easy when I’ve got a busy work schedule.”

You go, girl!
