How And When To Watch The November Level-5 Vision Showcase
Professor Layton and the New World of Steam Layton
Level-5 has been in a bit of a rut these past few years, after the spectacular collapse of the Yokai Watch franchise, the company’s withdrawal from the west, and constant delays for one of its biggest franchises. Earlier this year, though, we learned that the company was giving it a huge second swing, when it announced during a Nintendo Direct a host of all-new games from its most popular franchises.
More information was revealed back in March during a Level-5 Vision showcase – its name for a Nintendo Direct-style presentation – and today, the company will hold another showcase with some key details.
Here’s everything you need to know about how and when to watch the Level-5 Vision II showcase.
Level-5 Vision II Showcase Times
The Level-5 Vision II showcase will take place at 9pm Japan time on November 29, 2023, or 4am PST. We don’t know exactly how long the showcase will run for, but it’s set to include information on five of its upcoming games, so we expect it will likely last for at least half an hour, if not a bit more. The livestream in March was 29-minutes long, so that’s the time to beat.
Here’s when you can watch the Level-5 Vision II showcase in your time zone:
PT: 4:00am
ET: 7:00am
GMT: 12:00 midday
CET: 1:00pm
IST: 5:30pm
JST: 9:00pm
AEDT: 11:00pm
NZDT: 1:00am (Nov. 30)
How To Watch The Level-5 Vision II Showcase
The Level-5 Vision II showcase will be hosted as a livestream – not a premiere – on both YouTube and Niconico, with the latter only being available in Japan. The stream will be in Japanese, but will have subtitles in both English and Chinese, so if you can read this article you should be able to follow along just fine.
We’ve embedded the YouTube livestream above, but just in case that doesn’t work for some reason, here’s a big, clickable link for you:

What’s In The Level-5 Vision II Showcase?
We don’t know too much about what Level-5 will be including in its Vision II showcase, but we do know what games will be featured. Among them is Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, which has been in development hell for years, and Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, which recently got delayed into 2024.
Here’s the full list of games set to be included:
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road
Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time
Decapolice
Megaton Musashi Wired
Professor Layton and the New World of Steam
None of these games have firm release dates, but that’s set to change during the livestream. Level-5 says all five of these games will get given release dates during the presentation — at least two of them are supposed to be launching this year, but we doubt any of them will hit that window short of a major surprise release.
