Watch: Magic Johnson Appears To Be Enjoying Vacation

Earvin “Magic” Johnson Jr. has always put on a show, whether it be on the court or with his Twitter account. It shouldn’t come as a surprise he went viral, while on vacation, on Thursday.

Johnson announced on Thursday that he’s on vacation. Even in the midst of such relaxation, the NBA legend is still getting his workouts in.

“I’m officially on vacation and still working out,” Johnson said on Twitter.

In true Magic Johnson fashion, he’s turned himself into a meme. Johnson is sporting a massive smile while getting in some bicep curls while standing on his yacht. Take a look.

Johnson may be enjoying some vacation time, but there’s no doubt he’s still thinking about the Los Angeles Lakers. In fact, he thinks they should make an all-out push to acquire Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul later this off-season (if Paul turns down his player option with the Suns).

“No question about it,” Johnson responded on ESPN LA 710 FM, when Jay Williams asked if the Lakers should pursue Paul if he becomes available. “I’d tell Jeanie [Buss] I’d ask some money for CP3. It’d be perfect for LeBron, for AD, and for the role players.”

Magic Johnson knows a thing or two about how critical a point guard is to a championship team.

Paul would be a stellar acquisition for the Lakers this off-season. But they’re going to have to work some magic to make the numbers work. It’s not too plausible, if we’re being honest.
