How to watch Chicago Bears vs. Los Angeles Chargers: streaming, odds, and injuries
No Justin Fields? No problem.
In Week 7, the Chicago Bears (2-5) managed to put up 30 points without their starting quarterback or running back. Backup quarterback Tyson Bagent threw for 162 yards and a touchdown and third-string running back D'Onta Foreman found the end zone three times in the Bears' 30-12 win over the Las Vegas Raiders.
Now, in Week 8, the Bears are on the road, taking on the much more formidable Los Angeles Chargers (2-4) for Sunday Night Football. While their record may not show it, the Chargers are, in fact, much tougher than their Vegas counterparts. Through six games, the Chargers are eighth in passing yards per game (252.3) and they are just outside the top-10 in points per game, sitting at 11th averaging 24 points.
Outside of last week against the Chiefs, Chargers' quarterback Justin Herbert was near the top of the league in every major category. He was sitting at nine touchdowns to just two interceptions. The Chiefs had his number. That's not in question, but Herbert has been great for most of the season and this week will be going against a defense that has allowed the fourth-most passing yards, the second-most passing touchdowns, and the sixth-most pass yards per pass attempt.
It will be difficult for the Bears to keep up offensively, especially if quarterback Justin Fields can't suit up. Regardless, this is sure to be a shootout sure to captivate everyone watching. Here's how to catch the game.
