How to Watch the 2024 Olympic Trials

The Paris Games—the much-anticipated quadrennial, international sporting competition—begins next month on July 26. The Olympic competition will take place at stunning Parisian historical venues, including horseback riding at Versailles, and beach volleyball under the Eiffel Tower.

However before the Olympics begin, Team USA needs to select their competitors. This weekend (starting today, June 15) the U.S. Olympic team trials for swimming, diving, gymnastics, and track & field will take place. The competition will air on NBC and USA, among other channels, and stream live on Peacock.

The most anticipated athletes to watch include Simone Biles (gymnastics), Sha'Carri Richardson (track & field), and Katie Ledecky (swimming). Here's how to tune into the U.S. Olympic trials.

How to watch the swim team trials

Coverage begins today, Saturday, June 15, at 11 a.m. eastern on Peacock, and will stream daily starting at 11 a.m. through Saturday, June 22. Finals for the different events will air live on NBC and Peacock from every night Saturday, June 15 through Sunday June, 23 starting at 8 p.m. eastern.

Live coverage on Peacock begins on Monday, June 17 and ends Sunday, June 23. All times noted are in eastern, and marked where they will also be broadcast on NBC or USA.

Thursday, June 27: Men's Day 1 will air 6:30 to 9 p.m. on USA Network and Peacock

Friday, June 28: Women's Day 1 will air from 8 to 10 p.m. on NBC and Peacock

Saturday, June 29: Men's Day 2 will air from 3 to 6 p.m. on NBC and Peacock

Sunday, June 30: Women's Day 2 will air from 8:30 to 11 p.m. on NBC and Peacock
