With the holiday season quickly approaching, Mozart's Coffee Roasters is ramping up its annual holiday light show with an enchanting twist.

Mozart’s show will feature an LED dance floor used by pop juggernaut Taylor Swift during her recent Eras Tour concerts. The dance floor was loaned to the coffee shop by Los Angeles-based Matrix Systems, which builds Swift’s dance floors for her concerts, according to a news release.

The dance floor will be returned to Swift when her Eras Tour starts again following its brief hiatus.

Here’s what you need to know to see Swift’s dance floor and more at Mozart’s 2023 holiday light show:

When is the holiday light show?

The holiday light show is scheduled to run Nov. 9 to Jan. 6. Performances will take place every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas. You can find tickets here.

Is there a cost to get in?

Yes, and it's more cost-efficient to go with a group of people divisible by four or six. Four-person tables cost $40, and six-person tables cost $60. Additional fees may apply, and all sales are final.

What can I expect at this year’s show?

Mozart’s holiday light show will feature hundreds of thousands of colored lights placed all around the coffee shop that are synced to holiday music. There will also be a Bavarian Marketplace area — complete with holiday photo zones, a merchandise booth and Swift’s LED dance floor — for visitors to enjoy.

A silent disco is scheduled to take place on the Taylor Swift dance floor every Thursday through Saturday in December, starting Dec. 1. Tickets to the silent disco cost $19.95 plus fees and come with bottomless hot chocolates. You can buy tickets for the silent disco here.

Mozart's is on Lake Austin. What about a boat option?

Mozart’s will also offer a nautical light show Nov. 9 through Jan. 9, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The shows are scheduled to last 40 minutes, and visitors will be treated to bottomless hot chocolates, wool blankets and hand warmers.

Tickets for the nautical light show cost $30 per person or $45 per person for an hour-and-a-half boat ride to see the sunset and the light show. Both rides are on a shared boat. Entire boat rentals cost $450 for 15 people and $600 for 22 people.

Bring your own beer is allowed on all boat rides. Tickets for the nautical light show can be purchased here.

What’s the admission and seating situation at the event?

Each ticket reserves your table for a one-hour time slot, though visitors may stay in Mozart’s Bavarian Marketplace for as long as they want.

Pay close attention when booking your tables, because nearly half the four-person tables are standing only. Children 18 months or older will be counted toward your party, and visitors are allowed one dog per table.

Your entire party must arrive at the event before you can be seated.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Visitors are not permitted to bring food or drinks to the holiday light show, though they may pre-order food when purchasing tickets. Food will also be available at the concessions stand within the Bavarian Marketplace.

Where will I need to park?

Parking is available across from Mozart’s on the opposite side of Lake Austin Boulevard. Mozart’s asks visitors to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation to get checked in.
