You can vote for the Athlete of the Week from all winter IHSAA sports across Southwestern Indiana. There were several standout individual performances to choose from. Who will get your vote?

The nominees this week for Courier & Press Athlete of the Week from Jan. 15-20:

Josiah Dunham, Evansville Christian: The senior had 27 points and six assists in a win at Southridge while reaching 2,000 career points.

Lexi Frey, Vincennes Rivet: The junior totaled 36 points and hit a program-record 9 threes in a win against Wood Memorial.

Aleyna Quinn, Castle: The senior scored 32 points for the Knights in a win against Vincennes Lincoln.

Carlee Rogers, Jasper: The junior had multiple double-digit scoring games including 29 points in a victory over Boonville.

Joel Sanders, Vincennes Lincoln: The junior scored a career-high 31 points in a conference win over Mater Dei.

Caleb Schaefer, Mater Dei: The freshman recorded three pins, including one in 29 seconds, to win the individual SIAC title at 113 pounds.

Colin Schipp, North Posey: The senior scored a team-high 19 points and was 4 for 4 from deep in a comeback victory over Washington.

Colten Schneider, Mount Vernon: The junior was the individual PAC champion at 157 pounds with three pins, each in under 43 seconds.

Molly Schulte, South Spencer: The senior averaged 20 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds in victories against Forest Park and Tell City.

Kane Wilsey, Day School: The senior averaged 19 points across four games in Carmi-White Invitational Tournament and became the ninth in program history to score 1,000 career points.
